For sellers: corrections and new evidence

If you think we got something wrong, send us the evidence. Useful examples:

• a retatrutide lab report (COA) with a verification key or a link to the lab's own verification page;
• the batch or lot number on the report and on the product you sell now;
• your legal entity name, CIPC registration number and street address, as shown on your site;
• a link to your independent review profile (Hellopeter, Trustpilot or Google).

We only score what is public. Evidence you send us counts once it is published on your site or on a third-party profile. We re-check it, re-score under the same methodology and log the change with the date.
